“A Bloody Brilliant Life” Seminars look at the long term view of diet and human health, humans date back many thousands of years where we ate various animals such as fish, shellfish, eggs and vegetation such as vegetables, roots, nuts, seeds, fruits, berries and insects. Until approximately 500 generations ago absolutely no-one ate grains, and no-one at all drank milk or ate any other dairy products, let alone synthetic artificial food chemicals, flavours, additives and preservatives. These foods, or should I say non-foods, were only invented in the19th century along with margarine, and other non-foods.
Man today has the same human biochemistry as he did many thousands of years ago, and he not only survived but thrived on a natural diet to what he is today. As we all know human health today has declined to such a point that 80% of diseases are dietary related. Which means 8 out of 10 people are responsible for their disease -- "Death by Knife & Food", or you could say "We are digging our graves with our teeth".
